i have an weired issue with SBWP.
I see form the workflow log , a approval workitem sent to the user (only one). workitem numer is also generated.
i see the staus of the workitem is ready & once i expand it says dialog workitem created.
i see the containers filled with this user name (only one) NO question of reserving etc etc.
i see the same from SWI5.
but the user is not able to see it in sbwp ( if multiple agents are there we could think off , some one actioned on it, but user is only one)
i see no filtering badis are implimented.
i see no filtering in sbwp is done
i see user is authorized to recieve the workitems
i see user has authorizations and parameters tab is same as that of the user who is getting the workitem.
Despite all these, the user is not able to see in the SBWP, got frustated and really annoying please help me out ..

I am new to SAP workflow and wondered if you were able to provide me with a list of workflows available for use within the SAP GL and SAP Fixed Assets modules. we are about to embark on such an implementation and this would be a good basis for discussion with the guys in Finance.
Also, can I assume that all workflow tasks can be actioned from either the SAP Enterprise Portal 7.0 OR from the Workflow Inbox in the back-end ECC6 system?
Any help on theis would be very much appreciated.

please, could you explain me how I can accept or reject a request ( purchase prder, requisition order, travel request... ) pushing a button in outlook mail without to use SAP Logon? Do I need to use a custom task in user decision or I need to configure SWNCONFIG? and in this case, please could you post a link where it is clearly explained how to use this transaction?

We have implemented the Note 966854 to import the Program RSBCS_REORG. This program is meant to delete the contents of the Table - SOFFCONT1.
On debugging the code for the program RSBCS_REORG I see there is no place where contents of the table - SOFFCONT1 are deleted physically. The contents of table SOC3 are deleted in CL_REORG_DOC_BCS->DEL_CONTENT. This table stores the administrative data of the Attachment which is stored by the Knowledge Provider in table SOFFCONT1. But again like I said there is no physical deletion of records from SOFFCONT1.
Can someone shed some light on this.

Hello All,
I have to filter ORGID based on Qualifier and populate target node. Here I am getting list values and this has to be done in BPM mapping.
I tried to use IF deprecated which works with List values and not just individual String but I get error.
I tried to use Generic function Filter which filters based on condition, but it gives me run-time error.
Mapping failed
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Filter criteria could not be parsed: 008
com.sap.mapping.lib.execution.api.exception.TExecutionException
at GenericFilter( StandardInvocation:invoker )
Any idea how can I achieve it ?

- We are working on a project about SharePoint 2010 integration with SAP. The project will use Single Sign On to authenticate between Sharepoint 2010 and SAP using ADFS. We expect that after end users login SharePoint 2010, they will integrate to SAP without login SAP again in Sharepoint system (using WebPart).
- I am seeking a documentation or an article so that it shows me how to configure ADFS for SAP.
- Please help me and let me know if you have any documentation about my expected things above.

We are getting a very surprising issue wherein workflow doesnt trigger sometimes. workflow should trigger whenever any quality notification is created i.e BUS2078 and event CREATED.
Now, when Notification of Type WD is created then we have different process of sending emails through BRF+. What is happening is user created 3 quality Notifications of Type WD on production and for one Notification, workflow was kicked off and emails were sent through BRF+ but for the other 2 notifications ,workflow was not kicked off.
Please help what could be the possible reason of the same.

outlook for notifications. Could anyone give me some advices on
how to set that up please? Would that be a link the users can
click on and take them to the approval screen in SAP? or it'd be
just a notification pointing them to SAP workplace inbox?

The requirement is to approve/release Purchase Requisitions at header level based on total order value.
If total order value is $500 level 1 approval is required.
If total order value is $33,000 level 1, then level 2 approval is required
If total order value is $77,000 level 1, then level 2, then level 3 approval is required, and so on.

Problem
When a Purchase Requisition is created that requires N levels of approval all approvers are receiving workflow email message simultaneously.
The workflow is not rolling up the approval levels as configured.
I am using standard SAP Workflow WS20000077 task TS20000159 and BUS Object 2105.
How should workflow step be configured so that an initial email is sent to the first approver, after 1st level approval is made, next email is sent to 2nd level approval and so on?

Hello,
We have a requirement to embed a GOS tif file stored against a MM invoice in a work item. The idea is that the approver of the invoice sees the invoice image in the work item screen and can then Accept/ Reject as required.
The way our workflow currently works is that the approver must navigate to the invoice screen from the work item to view the GOS...not the neatest of workflows.
Is this possible/ plausible in work item design?

I've create a workflow that starts when object ECM (Change Master) is created.
When users create the engineering change master from transaction CC01, they set a long text (from icon in top menu).
I want to display the header long text in email task, but I cannot find it in workflow content elements..

Hi All,
I am getting error at back ground step, please help.
Some times error occurs at back ground step, error message says work item is locked by user 'xxxxx'.
In workflow there is back ground step very next to the approver step, after approval, workflow gets error at background step with error message says work item is locked by user 'xxxxx'. locked workitem is of back ground step and locked user is approver id who approved in last step.
Approver step gets completed correctly, but structs at background step.
Back ground step has simple logic to get name and department, and used custom BO method delegated to standard BO USR01.
It's puzzled how back ground step work item is locked and that also with approver id, this error occurs once a while.
Is there any constraints to access BO USR01? or any link to approver log on id to BO USR01?
This BO is only used for that step and for other steps budget approval BO is used.
One more thing i noticed, BO USR01 instance is not generated but working correctly from long time.

User is getting 5W141 No administrator found for the task in SBWP. The task he tries to execute is set as general task. All tasks in the workflow are set as general task. In SWIA when admin forwards the same task to the same user or any other user, user can execute the task without problems and 5W141 error. Transaction SWU_OBUF does not help but it's strange that tasks that cause 5W141 are deleted from the inbox of the user but not from SWIA. SO01--> settings --> workflow settings--> refresh organization environment, also deletes 5W141 error tasks from user's inbox. SWU3 Automatic Workflow customizing, Maintain Runtime Environment activities are all green. SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW does not help either. Proper users for the task are defined by a rule using ME_REL_GET_RESPONSIBLE. This happened after upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks for your effort.
