How to start with SAP Netweaver BPM

Hi experts.

         In our next project we're going to SAP Netweaver Process Integration 7.31 single java stack. In 7.3, PI, BPM and BRM (SAP Process Orchestration) can be deployed in the same sid and we're using BPM to replace old ccBPM. I have two questions:

- The best way to start with SAP Netweaver BPM (Documentation, tutorials, etc ..)

- The certitication exam for PI 7.3 is C_TBIT51_73, which is the certifiation for SAP Netweaver BPM?
