Need to extend approvals for the BCS workflow WS12300025.

Hi Friends,

We need to extend the standard BCS workflow WS 12500025  up five approval levels.As per the standard workflow the approval level is only one approvl level.

Can any one guide how can we can extend the workflow up to five approval levels.And also as per the requiremen if any one reject the workflow in the approval we need to send the rejection notification to the remaing lower levels.
